Quercetin is a flavonol compound widely distributed in the plant kingdom and has a variety of biological activities.
It exists in a variety of vegetables and fruits, such as acai, broccoli, and apples, as well as in foods such as tea, red
wine, olive oil, and propolis. High content in onions.

Quercetin not only participates in anti-oxidation in vitro and can inhibit oxidative damage to DNA, but also protects
