Arginine lauroyl ethyl ester hydrochloride is a food antibacterial agent used for the hygiene of preserved food. It is also used in cosmetics as a preservative. Lauroyl arginine ethyl ester hydrochloride has good bacteriostatic effect on Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria, pathogens, yeasts and molds, and the minimum inhibitory concentration is 8 μg/mL, which is effective against pathogenic The minimum inhibitory concentration of Escherichia coli, Saccharomyces cerevisiae, Aspergillus niger and Listeria monocytogenes is 32μg/mL, which is a safe and efficient preservative.
