Tremella polysaccharide (TP) is the main active component in Tremella fuciformis.
1. Processing characteristics in food production tremella polysaccharide contains more homogeneous polysaccharides (accounting for about 70% - 75% of the total polysaccharides). This kind of polysaccharides can increase the viscosity of solution and stabilize emulsification.
