Calcium gluconate is an organic calcium salt with a chemical formula of C12H22O14Ca and a white crystalline or
granular powder in appearance.
Calcium gluconate is mainly used as calcium fortifier and nutrient, buffer, curing agent and chelating agent in food.
Calcium gluconate is currently widely used in calcium gluconate injection at home and abroad, mainly used as a stabilizer.
Calcium glucarate can also be used to prepare biodegradable detergents, metal complexing agents, and can also be
used to prepare biodegradable high tensile strength fibers, films, adhesives and plant fertilizers.
