Tauroursodeoxycholic acid (tauroursodeoxycholic acid) is the main effective component of bear bile and the
main component of synthetic bear bile. It is a kind of combined bile acid widely present in the bile of humans
and many animals, and has a variety of pharmacological effects.
Taursodeoxycholic acid is a kind of hydrophilic cholic acid, which is a dissolving agent for cholesterol stones. It can
reduce the secretion of cholesterol by the liver, reduce the saturation of cholesterol in the bile, promote the
secretion of bile acids, increase the solubility of cholesterol in the bile, dissolve cholesterol stones or prevent
the formation of stones.
Taursodeoxycholic acid can increase the secretion of bile, relax the bile duct sphincter and produce choleretic
effects, which is conducive to the discharge of stones.
