Disodium succinate is white crystalline particles, odorless, and not delixified in the air; Soluble in water, insoluble
in organic solvents. The water solution has the flavor of shellfish umami, no acid taste. Can be used as food flavoring
agent, sour agent, buffer. It can also be used to synthesize medicine and other organic synthetic raw materials.
