L-Methionine is a sulfur-containing non-polar aliphatic amino acid, also known as methionine, is one of the essential amino
acids in human body.

L- Methionine is an essential amino acid for human and animal nutrition. It is often used in the preparation of complex amino
acid infusion, as well as in the treatment of acute hepatitis, cirrhosis of the liver, and drug antidote.

Methionine is mainly used as feed nutrient fortifier. It is one of the essential amino acids for animal growth and the "skeleton" amino
acid of protein biosynthesis. Lack of methionine in livestock and poultry can cause stunting, weight loss, weakened liver and kidney
function, muscle atrophy, fur deterioration.

Methionine is a sulfur-containing amino acid, if properly added lysine and methionine in feed, can effectively improve the utilization
rate of feed protein, so lysine and methionine are called fortifier of protein feed.
