Thiocolchicoside (thiocolchicine 2-glucoside analysis, coltramyl) is a naturally occurring glycosome derived from the flower seeds of galanga lily. It has anti-inflammatory and analgesic activities and significant convulsive effect. It is also an antagonist of GABAA receptor.
