Bromelain is a white, light brown-yellow amorphous powder. Soluble in water.
Bromelain is a pure natural plant protease extracted from the fruit, leaf and stem of pineapple. It has been widely
used in food and pharmaceutical industry.
When bromelain is added to the dough, the gluten breaks down and the dough is softened for easy processing.
It can improve the taste and quality of biscuit and bread.
Bromelain hydrolyzes the large protein molecules of meat protein into easily absorbed small amino acids and proteins.

A: We do provide our clients small sample for quality testing purpose (Sample size form 1-50 grams). Free samples can
be provided for some products due to the material cost, Our clients only need to pay the international shipping cost or
