 Application
The aqueous solution of xylitol has good thermal stability and is an ideal sweetener for making health drinks suitable for diabetics. The energy of the body is also an important substance for the synthesis of nucleic acids and detoxification in the body. Because the  secretion of diabetics is insufficient, glucose cannot be converted into glucose 6-phosphate, and the metabolism of xylitol is independent , so it will not increase the blood sugar level of diabetics.
Xylitol also has the special function of inhibiting the production of ketone bodies, which can reduce transaminase in patients with liver disease, enhance liver function, and promote fat metabolism.
The oral absorption of this product varies greatly among individuals, which may be related to intestinal bacteria, contents, and genetic factors. This product is almost completely metabolized in the body, and is rarely excreted in the urine in its original form.
The daily intake of xylitol should be less than 50 to 70 grams.
