Tropicamide CAS NO. 1508-75-4 is an anticholinergic product that is a white crystalline powder at room temperature, odorless, slightly soluble in water, and easily soluble. Tropicamide CAS NO. 1508-75-4 can block the excitatory effects of acetylcholine on the iris sphincter and ciliary muscles.

Tropicamide CAS NO. 1508-75-4 0.5% solution can cause pupil dilation; 1% solution can cause ciliary muscle paralysis and dilated pupils. Mainly used for eye drop dilation and adjustment of paralysis.
