Molecular formula

Velpatasvir, a second-generation NS5A suppressor, showed good in vitro antiviral activity against all genotypes of HCV as well as common NS5A mutations and drug-resistant mutations. It is used for the treatment of adults infected with genotype 1-6 hepatitis C virus, it can be used alone in patients without cirrhosis or compensatory cirrhosis, or in combination with ribavirin in patients with uncompensatory cirrhosis.
