Function:
(1) A kind of safe and wide-spectrum food preservative. Do no irritated harm to skin even long-term touch with it. In the solution, it is degraded to acetic acid, without saving phenomenon and non-toxic. It is not destroyed, non-volatile and keep Stable for phosphor without supine, and is widely used in classified food specified by GB 2760.
(2) Do not influence the taste and flavor of food.
(3) Very effective in inhibit mould with small quantity. The concentration is only one-fifth to one tenth of sodium benzoate. Have strong inhibition to the Yeast, mold, the bacteria, especially to the Yeast and mold.
(4) Have no special request to condition outside. Can be used in Normal temperature, atmospheric pressure, general temperatures, and has no harsh request to production process.
