1) EBS is an excellent plastic processing aid, which is suitable for almost all thermosetting and thermoplastic plastics. EBS lubrication, anti adhesion and antistatic properties, and can significantly improve the dispersion of plastics or fillers, therefore, widely used as lubricants, mold release agent, smooth opening agent. The addition of this product in plastic processing can improve the fluidity of the resin, improve the working efficiency, make up the deficiency of the die surface finish, make the products shiny, and the color is even and bright.
2) EBS can be used as a variety of polymer film or sheet of anti adhesive, blow molding when adding this product 0.5-1%, not only can prevent the occurrence of bubbles (fisheye), and can make the plastic bag open and easy to open.
3 (EBS), as a lubricant, has a good internal and external lubrication effect, and other lubricants, such as higher alcohols, fatty acid esters of calcium stearate and paraffin wax, etc.. In ABS, AS, hard PVC, POM, polycarbonate and processing of polyurethane and phenolic resin, can be used as lubrication demoulding agent, the adding amount of 0.5-1.5%.
