Application 

Zinc lactate is a good food zinc fortifier, which plays an important role in the intellectual and physical development of infants and adolescents. The absorption effect is better than that of inorganic zinc. my country stipulates that it can be used in dairy products, the dosage is 30-60mg/kg (calculated as zinc, the same below); the dosage in infant food is 25-70mg/kg; the dosage in cereals and their products is 5-10mg /kg; the dosage in the drinking liquid is 5-10mg/kg; the maximum dosage in the oral liquid for children is 0.6-1.0g/kg (calculated as zinc lactate).
